Your statements

PDF statements are opened and converted in your web browser using pdf.js. The file, its transactions, balances and account details are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Exports (CSV, QBO) are created on your device.

What we do collect

• Anonymous usage events: page views, conversion started/succeeded/failed, whether the statement reconciled, the number of rows and pages, buy-button clicks. These carry a random browser ID, the referring site and campaign tags, never statement contents.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to count free conversions.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the checkout session ID and amount, not your card number.

Paid statement credits and your free-use counter are kept in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes paid credits; email us your receipt and we'll restore them.

Terms

StatementHaul is provided as is. Always review converted data before relying on it; the balance check helps you spot errors but doesn't guarantee that every field (for example a description) was read correctly.
